Aurelia Villas Al Malqa is a development of 4 detached villas in Al Malqa, north Riyadh, by Al Moghames Home Real Estate Development. Each villa has a ground floor, a first floor and an upper annex: men's and women's majlis, a diwaniyah, family halls, four bedroom suites on the first floor and two in the annex, plus a pool with seating, gardens, a driver room, maid rooms and a ground-floor annex. Premium finishing includes concealed air conditioning, marble flooring on the ground and first floors, elevator provision, a two-car entrance, and warranties on structure, insulation and installations.
